Bement & Sons Construction

Bement & Sons Construction builds stately, high-end, traditional homes that reflect owner Marty Bement’s knowledge of and love for the historic properties around the Baltimore metropolitan area. The Baltimore general contractor got his start working for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and the City of Baltimore after graduating from Georgia State University with a bachelor’s degree in urban studies.

In 1982 Bement started K/B Construction, which focused on the rehabilitation and restoration of historic properties in Baltimore City. Baldwin Homes

Raphael Homes

The home improvement contractor was founded in 2013 by owner Alex Trakhtman, who has a bachelor’s degree in business from Towson University.
